AVENGED SEVENFOLD recently filmed a video for its new single, “Almost Easy”, with director P.R. Brown (MÖTLEY CRÜE, MARILYN MANSON). The song comes off the group’s new, self-titled album (cover artwork), due on October 30. The CD — which will follow up the band’s breakthrough 2005 effort, “City of Evil” — is the California metalcore act’s first attempt at self-producing.

they produced this album on their own. their own lyrics, no filters no one to tell them what they couldn’t do. so silence your peasant quells of sell outs, and enjoy music.
This songs okay, kinda shitty at points and a pretty lame video… bit of a let down considering this is meant to be the big song of the album

I like it, I think its great, sure its nothing compared to STST or Waking the Fallen but its still good

i like a few of there new songs though there old stuff like Sounding of the Seventh Trumpet and Waking the Fallen i thought was much more original compared to there new stuff
though they can do what ever style of music they want
Avenged Sevenfold is pretty much my favorite band. Their instrumental experimenting makes them just awesome. They are SUCH a well rounded band. And I def. think their old music and their new music up to City of Evil was all true art. I EFFING LOVE THEM!!! They make me smile
I still havent bought there new CD yet tho..i guess that makes me a sucky fan. Damn! But as long as they didnt let their growing popularity affect their new album, I bet its just as great.
